The Japanese Meteorological Corporation has just announced the Cherry Blossom forecast for 2019! And this year, the Sakura (cherry blossoms) are expected to arrive earlier than usual.
People in Tokyo and Nagoya are expected to begin seeing Sakura on March 22, in Kyoto on March 25, and Osaka on March 27. The full bloom of the Sakura in Tokyo is predicted to arrive on March 29, and the best viewing is said to be the last weekend in March in Tokyo.
