In more Japan fitness news, Anison Fitness, a short program broadcast on the Tokyo MX channel, has combined aerobics with anime music.

The show features your typical kawaii girls dancing to various anime music. The video above shows the girls dancing to “A Cruel Angel’s Thesis” from Neon Genesis Evangelion.

But if the moves look a bit complicated, don’t worry! Anison Fitness also has lessons, so you can learn all of the cool moves too!

It looks like many Otaku are going to be in great shape this Summer. Time to dance!
