Fans of Studio Ghibli will have another theme park to travel to beginning in the early 2020s. It is the “My Neighbor Totoro” theme park, which is set to open in Nagakute!

One of the main attractions will be “Satsuki and Mei’s House,” a life-size replica of the house in the movie. This house has actually been on display since the Aichi Expo in 2005, but will now include a more immersive Ghibli experience.

So if you can’t wait until this new theme park is fully setup, then just travel to Aichi and checkout Satsuki and Mei’s house. Who knows, you might just find Totoro!
