In virtual reality news, Sword Art Online and VR company FOVE have teamed-up to allow you to meet Asuna, one of SAO’s main characters, in the virtual world!

Asuna will talk to you and explain all of the VR functions on FOVE’s home screen, and she can also detect your gaze–which is one of FOVE’s main attractions.  So make sure to pay attention to her, because she will smile if you are looking at her.

The Asuna VR collaboration will be release on February 18, 2017, which is the same day that the new movie “Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale” will be released int theaters.

It sounds like we are getting one step closer to the world created in Sword Art Online!
